Once an item is reserved, payment must be recieved within 7 days,
unless by prior arrangement.

Conditions of Hire
A selection of items are available for hire.
We are only able to offer the hire option to residents within the UK.
A security deposit equal to the purchase of the item is required,
and will be returned unless the item is returned damaged in any way.
The item will be despatched to arrive the week before the wedding
and needs to be returned by Special Delivery, to arrive on an
agreed date, the week after the wedding.
Items not returned on the date specified will incur an overdue fee
of one week or part thereof.
If not returned within 2 weeks the security deposit will be used to
cover the cost of replacement, and is therefore non-returnable.

Payment
We accept payment via cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit Card via PayPal.
All cheques must have cleared before items are shipped.
Please allow 7-10 working days for cheques to clear.
If paying by credit card through PayPal we will only send items
to the address listed on the credit card used.
UK buyers cheque only.
International buyers, Paypal or Iban Bank transfer only.

Shipping
We will inform you by email what the shipping charges will be per order.
International shippng is by Royal Mail International Signed For,
or Fedex, both services require a signature upon receipt.
Please allow 10-28 working days for delivery.
International purchases: Some items may be subject to import duty and taxes, these are to be paid by the purchaser of the item/s.
UK orders are delivered by Special Delivery and require a signature on receipt.

Insurance is required on all orders
We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to negligence
of the Post Office, or during transfer.

Terms and Conditions
Please read before placing an order
No refunds can be given for any veils, Antique Veils, Veils made to Special Order/Tinted.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for veil completion as each veil is hand made to order.
The 8 weeks commences from the day of receipt of the order and payment.
Embroidery designs and tinting are a guide and maybe subject to slight variation.
Hand tinted veils can vary from sampling as each tint is prepared individually.
Cotton tulle and handmade flowers & appliques may slightly differ in shade.
The embroidery of designs may slightly differ to fit the measurement of the veil.
This adds to the individuality of each veil.

All goods remain the property of Antique Lace Heirlooms until paid for in full.
Customers details will not be given to third parties.

NO RETURNS/REFUNDS
on International Orders, Layaway Items, Items under £100.
A refund in the form of a credit may be given, this is totally at our discretion.
